Ms Shao Min is the Deputy Director-General of the Accounting Regulatory Department, Ministry of Finance (MOF), P.R.China. She also serves as the Member of MOF’s Internal Control Standards Committee and Observer of the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO). Ms Shao worked at the MOF’s Department of Industry, Transportation and Finance, Supervision and Inspection Department and Accounting Regulatory Department. She is mainly responsible for research work on the financial regulation, supervision on the quality of fiscal funds and accounting information, and administration of the accountancy profession in China.
